We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's what you can do.

Changed your mind?

For items that are not personalised or made to order, such as card stock, vinyl and iron-on transfers, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

1. Email us at orders@coastalcrafting.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item or items you are returning, and a short reason.

2. Send the items back to us within 14 days of telling us. They should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

3. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to your original payment method.

Your refund includes the original standard delivery cost. If you chose express delivery, we refund only the cost of standard delivery. You pay the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect its lower value.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Items personalised for you, or made to your specification, cannot be returned if you change your mind. This is an exception allowed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check names, dates and spellings carefully before ordering.

This does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty or doesn't match what you ordered. See below.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or with a mistake we made in the personalisation, please email us at orders@coastalcrafting.co.uk as soon as possible, with your order number and photos.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we will offer a repair or replacement first. We cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Once we have processed your refund, it usually takes 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
