Personalised and handmade items

How long does it take to make my order?

Personalised and made-to-order items are made by hand after you order. Please allow 3–5 working days of making time before we dispatch them. Items in stock, such as card stock, vinyl and iron-on transfers, are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Can I check my personalisation before you make it?

Please check names, dates and spellings carefully before you order, because personalised items are made exactly as you enter them.

Is each item identical to the photo?

Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour and finish are part of its character and aren't faults.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or anywhere outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free and usually arrives within 4 working days of dispatch. Express delivery costs £4.99 and usually arrives within 2 working days of dispatch.

I need it for a particular date. Can you make it in time?

Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you whether we can make it for your date.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you when your order is on its way. If you have an account, you can also follow it from your orders.

Returns

Can I return a personalised item?

Items personalised for you, or made to your specification, can't be returned if you change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or has a mistake we made.

Can I return craft supplies?

Yes. For items that aren't personalised or made to order, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving them. See our returns policy for how.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at orders@coastalcrafting.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we'll put it right.
