Delivery Information

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. [Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and outside the UK: please contact us before ordering.]

Delivery options

• Standard delivery: free. Usually arrives within 4 working days of dispatch.

• Express delivery: £4.99. Usually arrives within 2 working days of dispatch.

Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order is dispatched

Items in stock, such as card stock, vinyl and iron-on transfers, are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Personalised and made-to-order items are made by hand after you order, so please allow 3–5 working days for us to make your item before it is dispatched. If you need something for a particular date, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know whether we can make it in time.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking your order

We'll email you when your order is on its way. If you have an account, you can also follow your order from your orders.

If your parcel is late, lost or damaged

If your order hasn't arrived within 6 working days of the expected date, or arrives damaged, please email us at orders@coastalcrafting.co.uk with your order number, and photos of any damage. We'll chase the courier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel can't be found.

Missed deliveries

If nobody is in, the courier will usually leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Parcels that are returned to us undelivered can be resent. (We may charge the delivery cost again to resend.)
